 This course is designed to explain the biblical plan for authority and submission to authority; Rebellion, types of rebellion, how to identify and avoid rebellion; Identify and resolve conflicts between Authority and the Workers/Laity in a Church; Unhealthy patterns of Authority and to recognize and overcome external challenges to Authority/Church. The responsibilities of Leadership to Workers/Congregation and vice versa.
