Redeemers Leadership Institute
About Us
Effective and efficient leadership is one of the greatest needs in the church today. The 21st-century church is struggling to keep pace with a rapidly changing post-modern culture, while the lack of strong leadership in the corporate world further challenges the church. In recent years, there has been increasing synergy between leadership training programs in the Christian community and the corporate sector.
It is now common for secular trainers to be invited to train church leaders in areas such as financial management, IRS/tax compliance, and business operations. The Redeemed Christian Church of God, North America (RCCGNA), a growing missionary church, is actively planting new parishes to reach local communities for Christ. However, pioneering these parishes presents significant leadership challenges.
The Organization Over the years, RCCG has developed a structured framework for training workers, ministers, and pastors. Despite this, there is a growing need for leadership training programs tailored specifically to the North American context. To meet this need and equip new and pioneering pastors, RCCGNA has established The Redeemers Leadership Institute, a nonprofit organization registered in the State of Texas.
To create an educational environment for developing leaders of influence and global impact for the 21st century. “2 Timothy 3:17 – That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works”

Our Purpose & Mission

The Redeemers Leadership Institute is dedicated to developing Christian leaders who can effectively guide the church in the 21st century. Our mission focuses on:

  • Training New Parish Pastors: Preparing pastors for new and smaller parishes.
  • Equipping Leaders to Train Others: Empowering leaders to mentor and develop future leaders.
  • Enabling Leaders to Adapt: Helping leaders navigate a changing world.
  • Preparing Potential Leaders: Equipping emerging leaders for leadership roles.
  • Pastoral Training: Educating pastors on societal, governmental, and business issues that impact church activities.
  • Balanced Spiritual Life: Training leaders to maintain a balance between spiritual and secular responsibilities.

Beyond these, we emphasize a return to the scriptural foundation of spiritual leadership, built on the fivefold ministry gifts: Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher.
