The leadership institute commenced operations in January 2008 and currently offers the following courses:

Course Description: A combination of several generations worship together in almost every church. Often times the difference in the world view of the different generations and the way they prefer to worship becomes a source of conflict in the church which can lead to the loss of one or more generations if they feel left out. Bridegap takes a practical look at the tensions between the generations in our churches with a view to encouraging honest conversations and a proactive approach to making all generations feel that the church belongs to every one of them.

Course Description: If you want to succeed in any endeavor particularly in ministry, business, marriage, and life in general, you must get it right from the starting block. Start Right and you can have an expectation of a great future. Start wrong and you can be sure of a stormy sea ahead of your adventure. The Foundation is crucial. If just one leg of the stool is damaged or destroyed, the stool will not stand properly. The objective of the Seminar is to equip new and future Pastors, Ministers and members of Board of Trustees, Cell group leaders, church workers to be effective in starting and running a church, Cell group, Ministry, business or an organization. The lessons will give practical insight on an array of subjects from the essentials of Church Planting to Church Administration, long-term strategy of growing the churches and ministries, keeping the finances healthy, and staying compliant with the Law

Course Description: For everything you want to achieve in life – whether it's establishing a new ministry, church, business, earning more money, growing your organization or finding lifelong love – there will be other people deciding whether you will achieve it or contributing to your cause. Course Description: Just like every other aspect of human endeavor, money matters in ministry. Money is a ministry resource that is indispensable for a successful actualization of a dream. In ministry, raising and managing finances to get the best value for this important but ever-insufficient resource is very crucial for success. In church financial planning, efficient utilization of each dollar raised is as critically important as raising the dollar, indeed, it is more crucial. If a good source sees responsible stewardship of dollar committed to a ministry, they are encouraged to give more. Where the reverse is the case, the ministry cannot survive. Many Ministry leaders, Business owners and managers are so busy working the work but missing on the dollars that they're painfully hardly making ends meet. “The bad news is that you will sink farther than you can swim if you don't run your church or business by the numbers. This seminar will keep your ministry financially healthy and make your leadership radiate possibilities and integrity.
6.RUN CHURCH; LEVEL ONE
Course Description:: Get a thorough and practical exposure to team development strategies with insight to team dynamics and team formation at this course. This course will address what teamwork is, what constitutes a team and how teams are formed. The development and building of teams will also be discussed as well as the four stage process in team building. Other aspects to be discussed in this course will include: characteristics of a great team, team leadership, team evaluation, the benefits of high performing teams and challenges generally encountered in teams. This course will be delivered through a combination of lectures, case studies and other forms of audio/visual presentation.
7. CHURCH FINANCIAL PLANNING, CONTROL & MANAGEMENT
Course Description:This course equips you in the aspects of financial planning, control and management. Topics covered include the benefits of financial integrity and accountability, budgeting and controls, biblical principles and leadership.
8. CHURCH ADMINISTRATION
Course Description: Get a head start on how to run a new church. You will also be exposed to techniques of setting up a comprehensive administrative structure in the church as well as interaction of various departments in the administrative structure. This course will address various aspects of how to start and run a new church. It will also address how to set up a comprehensive administrative structure in the church, as well as how the various departments in the administrative structure interact with each other. The role of policy formation and implementation will be discussed, including how to run a church for compliance with IRS regulations.
9. MINISTERIAL ETHICS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Course Description: This course addresses ethical issues in ministry. It also highlights the responsibilities of ministers as it affects the church and community.
10. INDIVIDUAL FINANCIAL PLANNING, CONTROL & MANAGEMENT
Course Description: In this course, participants will undertake a journey to financial freedom; gain an understanding of the part God plays in their finances; how to experience God’s peace and contentment in finance and how to be a blessing and be blessed.
11. STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND SYSTEMS THINKING
Course Description: Enhance your leadership capability through exposure to systems thinking as an indis-pensable strategic skill of a modern leader.
12. LEADERSHIP, SERVANTHOOD AND DISCIPLESHIP
Course Description: This course critically examines what servant leadership is, its characteristics and how it works in a local church.
13. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN THE CHURCH
Course Description: This course will enable participants develop a biblical understanding of the nature of conflicts, conflict management styles, learn practical, biblically acceptable methods for resolving conflicts and adopt these methods as a basis for conflict management in the church.
14. LEADERSHIP AND AUTHORITY IN THE CHURCH
Course Description:This course is designed to explain the biblical plan for authority and submission to authority; Rebellion, types of rebellion, how to identify and avoid rebellion; Identify and resolve conflicts between Authority and the Workers/Laity in a Church; Unhealthy patterns of Authority and to recognize and overcome external challenges to Authority/Church. The responsibilities of Leadership to Workers/Congregation and vice versa.
