Tunde Badru (Board Chairman RLI) is the Pastor-In-Charge of the RCCG, The King’s Palace, Katy Texas. He is also the Pastor In Charge of Province 2, Region 5, of the RCCG North America and the Chairman of the board of The Redeemer’s Leadership Institute.

He coordinates the Emerging Leaders Youth Training Program of the RCCGNA and is a teacher of disciples and church workers. His love for God, a great passion for the teaching of the word of God and a burning desire to see souls come to God and to positively affect lives are strong motivations for a tireless labor in the vineyard. Strongly supported by his wife, Sade; they lead a generation of believers who are desirous to make a difference in these last days.

He combines an Engineering Degree with professional qualification in Accounting with years of experience in Human Resource Management and Banking. He is a Management Consultant, Trainer and Mentor to many across churches and the corporate world. Pastor Badru holds a Diploma in Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College; a graduate of the School of Disciples of the Christ the Redeemers Ministry and a certified Counselor by the Faith Based Institute of Counselors.


Toun Fadugba (Regional Director, NAR-2) is the wife of the Senior Pastor of RCCG Dominion Chapel, Stafford, Texas, where she also serves as a co-Pastor.

An engineer and IT professional by training, she has held a successful career in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years, working in various global roles. This has provided her an opportunity to travel wide within Africa, Europe, Asia and North America, enabling her exposure to diverse multicultural settings.Being a naturally talented and creative designer, she also recently started ‘Eclante interiors’, a contemporary interior design and decoration firm.

Pastor Toun’s journey as a Christian started when she dedicated her life to Christ as a young 15-year old in high school. She has since been committed to God’s service, starting with teen ministry all through her college years, and in later years other ministries including being a worship leader, and teaching adult Sunday school.She currently jointly oversees the administration of an RCCG province, and the ministries at Dominion Chapel with her husband. She is a member of the executive of RCCGNA Pastor’s wives forum, and a board member of the Redeemed Leadership Institute (RLI), North America.

Through the special grace of God, Pastor Toun has been able to successfully combine the demanding roles of being a wife to her loving husband of 20 years, Pastor Bayo, a mother of three excellent boys, a co-Pastor at Dominion Chapel, a professional career woman and more recently an entrepreneur. She is an avid believer in excellence, and her vision is to see the church produce young people, and Christians in general, that will light up this world by exceptional Christian living.


Tola Oye (Regional Director, NAR-3) Tola has an accounting degree and an MBA. In her professional development she has attended various trainings such as Project Management, Economic Evaluation Methodology, Great Business Case, Group Reporting Accounting, Sustainable Internal Control Awareness, Contracting Strategy Development, Positive Power Influencing and Setting Business Priorities.

She is married to her wonderful and God fearing husband Bola Oye for over 25 years and they are blessed with a set of twins Boluwatife and Boluwatiwi who are both college graduates and serving the Lord. She pastors alongside her husband Bola the RCCGNA Joyful Assembly Parish in Joliet, Illinois.

Tola joined the Oil and Gas industry in the United States of America in 2004 and is currently working with the Business Development and Asset Management team. She is a keen entrepreneur, an encourager and a valuable team player. She has a strong passion for mentoring and training people to live a debt free life by living on Kingdom principles and a realistic budget. She is a volunteer budget coach with the Crown Financial Ministry since 2006 and a facilitator with the Redeemer’s Leadership Institute (RLI) since 2009.

She is a person of integrity, reliable and very committed to her family and Church. She is passionate about helping others attain the full measure of God's purpose for their lives and loves impacting people by bringing out the best in them. . .


O. J. Kuye : Regional Director (NAR- 5, 6, 9 & 10) OLUGBENGA JOSEPH KUYE, "OJ" as fondly called, holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Law in addition to a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Management. He practiced successfully as an attorney, investment banker and claim specialist in Africa and the United States for about two decades before being called by God into full time ministry in 2000, to inspire and motivate God's children to be their best.

He holds an Advanced Diploma in Pastoral Ministry and Leadership from world- acclaimed Christ for the Nations Bible Institute, Dallas Texas, and is the Pastor of RCCG, House on the Rock, Grand Prairie (Dallas Metro) Texas.

He has authored several empowerment, motivational, deliverance and prayer books amongst which are Born to be Great, Born to Succeed, Yellow Pages of Deliverance Volumes 1 & 2, Head Deliverance, etc. He has since 1990 been happily married to Pastor Bisi Kuye, a fellow minister of the gospel and certified health professional. Their union is blessed with three covenant children.


Sesan Kuforiji (Regional Registrar NAR1&3) Pastor Shez as he is fondly called is the Pastor of Christ Villa. He has a special passion for nurturing the flock of God through the sharing of God’s word, offering helping hands through love and compassion. He holds relationships with people very dearly and has The heart of a servant leader.

He believes that every believer should live an exemplary life worthy of emulation by others. Known for his wittiness and amiable disposition, Pastor Sesan loves to teach the word of God with clarity and simplicity, challenging people to unmask their God given potentials for the service of God and humanity. Pastor Sesan exudes a quiet confidence, humility and simplicity in leadership.

His messages are sometimes laden with deep sense of humor, but aptly points one towards the mark of the high calling. Prior to starting the work at Christ Villa, Pastor Sesan was the Assistant Pastor at Jesus House Baltimore. With a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Pastor Sesan is a licensed certified clinical social worker (LCSW-C) specializing in clinical psychotherapy and counseling for families and children.

He is married to Abimbola, a registered nurse, and their marriage is blessed with three lovely children, Mofe-Oluwa (Jummy), Similolu (Simi) and Omoyeni. (Yeni)

Femi Omotesho

Femi Omotesho (Regional Registrar NAR-1&4)) is an ordained minister of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. She has extensive experience as an instructor, researcher, and knowledge management professional.

Femi has a Ph.D. in Information Assurance and Security and provides specialized instructions in various IT disciplines. She loves a good challenge, exploring new frontiers, and calls herself a lifelong learner. Femi loves writing, living healthy, solving the SUDOKU and strategically winning souls for the kingdom.


Debola Ajagunna (Operations Director) serves as the parish Pastor of RCCG The Eagle's Nest, Dallas. He is married to Bunmi Ajagunna and they are blessed with three children.

Debola holds a Bsc in Petroleum engineering. His secular career was with Schlumberger Oilfield Services, where he worked for eight years before leaving to focus his energy on ministry. Upon leaving secular work, he proceeded to Dallas Theological Seminary the following year for a four year theology program and obtained a Thm with emphasis on Evangelism and Discipleship.

He has served in various capacities at various parishes of the RCCG. He served as choir director in Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea and the USA before moving into his area of passion which is to serve and nurture the next generation of leaders. He served as a youth pastor at RCCG, The Kings Palace, Katy, TX and RCCG, the Winners Assembly, Dallas, Tx.

He currently oversees Redeemers Campus Fellowship at college campuses in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin and also helps coordinate the RCCGNA Emerging Leaders Youth Training Program. He served as Operations Manager for the RCCGNA Seminary & Bible College from March to July 2014 before taking up the position as Operations Director for RLI
